Ms. Mugdha Sahal
A Lawyer and a Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mugdha has 18 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer, a Family Business Consultant and a Private Banker. Her last assignment was with Amarchand Mangaldas where she was driving the Private Client Practice specializing in structuring and legal consulting.
Mugdha set up and ran a corporate trusteeship company with India Infoline, and augmented the fiduciary business in IL&FS. Her vast experience also includes a diverse asset & wealth management experience from working with Standard Chartered Bank.
Mugdha’s areas of expertise are Trust Law, Family laws, Family Governance, Estate & Succession Planning, Cross Border Estate Issues, Family Offices, Tax, Corporate Law, Exchange control, Takeover code, Private Equity, Venture Capital, AIFs, Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, Wealth Management and other legal aspects.
